Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase while the Credits are unspent. Once spent in game a purchase is final. If delivery fails and we cannot fix it, you are refunded in full, no time limit. Full terms.

QUESTIONS
Before you buy
How fast does it arrive?
Usually within a few seconds of payment clearing. Delivery runs a live command against the server, so you need to be online to catch it. If you're offline, the order sits in the queue and lands the moment you next log in.
How does Grind+ billing work?
The 1-month and 3-month tiers are real subscriptions — they renew automatically and your perks are re-granted on every renewal. Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Lifetime is a single payment that never renews.
What if I type my username wrong?
You can't get very far wrong — we check the name against Mojang before taking any money and reject accounts that don't exist. Capitalisation is fixed automatically. If you still manage to buy for the wrong person, message us in Discord with your GT-XXXXXXXX reference and we'll re-target it.
Is this pay-to-win?
Credits buy convenience and cosmetics: boosters, keys, crate rolls, hats, chat colours. They speed up the grind, they don't replace it, and no purchase unlocks anything a determined free player can't earn.
Do Credits expire or wipe?
Credits don't expire. If a season wipe is announced, Credits carry across — the announcement in Discord will always spell out exactly what carries and what resets before it happens.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card data never touches our server — Stripe handles the entire payment. We store your username, the item you bought and the order reference. That's it.
